Sustainable Design Forum is on the forefront of sustainable design technology and LEED certification services. Our design approach allows us to merge the specific needs of the client with the implementation of practical & measurable green building design.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council with ®LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, we are actively involved in projects for both new and existing buildings with sustainability goals. Our USGBC Faculty also prepares professionals with the strategies and practice they need to pass the ®LEED Exam. Our clients have above a 95% passing rate on their first try.

What is LEED?

®LEED, an internationally recognized green building certification system, stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED's third-party companies, like Sustainable Design Forum, verify that structures are built to improve the metrics that matter most: energy savings, fewer CO2 emissions, improved indoor air quality & water efficiency. LEED Certification is awarded to building projects that score at least the minimum number of points on a 100 point scale. The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) administers all LEED certification examinations for all commercial & institutional projects.

Why clients choose Sustainable Design Forum

Aside from our excellent customer service and qualifications for LEED certification, Sustainable Design Forum will handle every aspect of documentation. As soon as your project is initiated, we manage the process electronically over our own FTP server. This means zero paperwork on your end: simply let us do the work and receive LEED certification from USGBC at the completion of your project.

Over the years, Sustainable Design Forum has accommodated the specific needs of all kinds of clients. We have even consulted on structures that did not begin as LEED projects. After using and assessing our services, clients are impressed with our professionalism and high-quality work, often coming back to earn LEED certification for the majority of their portfolio.
